On April 26, Huadu District Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with City Up, and a plaque unveiling ceremony was held at the same time for Huadu Wanwu City Operation Service Co., Ltd., a company jointly invested by Zhidu Group, a state-owned enterprise of Huadu District and City Up.

　　Information shows that Shenzhen City Up Space Operation Management Co., Ltd is an independent brand providing urban services; with its core business based on urban space integration services, its scope of business covers urban space management, ecological environment services, community collaborative governance and community renewal operations. In order to improve Huadu District’s capability in urban operation, the District Government and City Up will work together to concentrate high-quality resources, complement each other with advantages, and carry out multi-level cooperation in multiple fields, including urban intelligent services, to create a new benchmark for urban governance in Huadu District.

　　According to Huadu District, it is expected that the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, and participate in the Xinhua Street and Xinya Street pilot projects of holistic service governance and innovation with the scientific and refined urban management and holistic intelligent service model, to jointly create a Huadu model of "civilized, livable, green, waste-free, resilient, safe, smart, and digital" city, so as to accelerate the shaping of a new pattern of industrial development, and effectively enhance the senses of gain, satisfaction and happiness of Huadu people.

　　Tang Zhi, General Manager of City Up, shared on the site the blueprint planned for Huadu Wanwu, saying that the company will take the "city as property" reform and the construction of modern smart city as its core business, and will resort to comprehensive use of integrated, market-oriented, professional and intelligent means to make urban service more market-oriented and better in quality, improve the efficiency of urban services, maintain and increase the value of state-owned assets, and jointly build a "new ecosystem" of urban governance.
